We warranty to replace free of charge any part (Excluding Battery) of this Alpha Scales which has failed within 36 Months from the date of its purchase due to defective workmanship, provided the scale is sent to our godown at Mumbai freight paid.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from mishandling or negligence on the part of the scale by any person other than a authorized Alpha Engineer / Dealer.
